George J. Legakis

 

George Legakis has over 15 years of professional experience as a Financial Advisor. By focusing on individual needs and goals he creates unbiased and customized investment strategies for individuals, families, corporations and non-profit organizations. His unique approach is designed to help clients achieve and potentially exceed their financial goals, while simultaneously building honest and long lasting relationships.  Most importantly, George helps clients make effective financial decisions by communicating often, keeping them informed every step of the way and making sure his clients understand exactly what is happening with their investments in today’s complex market place.

Beginning his career in 1998 on Wall Street, George joined Landenburg Capital Management and specialized in aggressive equity investments and portfolio strategies for high net worth individuals. Later in his career he was recruited by Kirlin Securities for the restructuring and reorganization of client portfolios where he also educated clients in wealth management and asset allocation.

 In 2005, George brought the knowledge and experience he had obtained to J.P. Turner & Company, L.L.C. and in time has also developed his own practice. He is now a Wealth Manager at Summit Brokerage Services, INC. He assists advisors and clients in expanding their product knowledge within the broad investment arena as well as specific investments such as mutual funds,  ETF's, stocks, bonds, alternative investments and real estate investment trusts.  George has earned his Series 7, 63 and 66 registrations and now manages over 200 accounts nationwide.
